Prof. Ivan Petelen is a founder of a center for Interior Architecture and Environmental Design and a head of the Department of interior and exhibition design at the Faculty of Architecture STU in Bratislava since 1990. He has taught interior architecture at the DF TU Zvolen, VŠVU Bratislava, FA VUT Brno, LDF Mendelu Brno. He was a laureate of the Interior Design Award in 1998 and a laureate of the CE-ZA-AR Architecture Award in 2000.
