Interaction of Man and Wood

The project is dealing with fysiological and social impact of using wood in interior spaces. It consist of several research studies about visual/ aesthetic, tactile, performance, somatic, acoustic, oflactoric, gusthatoric and socio-cultural interaction. Its final outputs are modified and new materials, products, interior and exterior experimental implementation of wood. Timespan is 2013-2017.

The project is related to the project "Interaktion von Holz und Mensch" of coordinator of this project Assoc. prof. Veronika Kotradyová in cooperation with Prof. Alfred Teichinger from Institut für Holztechnologie, BOKU Vienna in 2011-2012.
